Significant boost to blacksmith's reforge. Is now 75% of item's level, up from 50%.
Staves now give 50% bonus in blacksmiths, as they already did in item drops.
Blacksmith now shows benefits of bonuses.
Fixed Resolve Bug which was preventing gaining of resolve during combat.
Added colors for Zap and Frost. Altered poison color to be more distinctive from healing.
Updated weapon speed in stats screen to show on the 100% scale.
Shield block info will replace damage info on weapon lists.
