Version 0.96 - WeaponTalents b

Switched weapon talents so you only get 3 available at the beginning. More unlock later. Weapons levels, etc, changed so that the first talents have matching weapons dropped, etc.
Rebalanced Zone 3 for 1 hero (instead of 2)
Fixed issue that causes new games to get saved twice to leaderboard.
